Seller warrants that all products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and shall perform as specified for as long as the buyer owns the home on which the screen was installed, provided the unit has been installed properly, maintained in compliance with standard maintainance requirements, and has been operated under normal conditions.
Standard maintenance requirements would include keeping the guide rails and screen mechanism free of dirt, sand and debris.
The screen should remain in the retracted position when not in use. Screens are not intended to be in extended position for long periods.
Remedy for any warranty issues will be at Seller's sole discretion for replacement of the product in it's entirety and/or the replacement of specific parts.
Returns - Buyer must obtain a Return Goods Authorization, (RGA) from the Seller prior to returning any merchandise. No credits or refund will be issued for any items returned without an RGA. The buyer shall be responsible for any return shipping and a restocking charge.
Cancellations - Orders are subject to cancellation within three (3) days of initial order. Orders cannot be cancelled beyond three days or are subject to a restocking charge.
Retractable Screens are not designed or intended to act as a security device or to prevent access by small children or pets. The screening fabric is not covered by this warranty.

General Overview - Retractable Screens kits require assembly. Assembly requires basic handtools. A handy person with good measuring skills can install their 1st screen in approx. 1-1/2 - 2 hours. Allow 1-2 Weeks for delivery. Custom options may take 3-4 weeks.
